Hi I made a purchase through PayPal a few minutes ago, the money was taken from my back account but I didn't receive my product? Could you please help me out?

Sorry to hear that you didn't received your order. When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund. You can follow the steps listed in the page to report the payment in the resolution center of your PayPal account : Problem with a purchase

 

You have 20 days from the date you opened the dispute to resolve it with your seller. You can escalate a dispute to claim within a period of 20 days after it was opened, as long as a minimum of 7 days have passed since the original transaction date. If your seller isn't responding or you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. If you escalate your dispute, PayPal will review it and decide the outcome. You can always check the status of your dispute at any time in the Resolution Center.
