I order an animatronic mandalorian child. DUOTONGGUAN Company sent one late, when finally arrived I got a plastic hallow 4” toy instead of the one. Advertised that I paid $30.00 + 8.95 shipping

I feel that they scamming people hoping no one will ask for a refund, so they agreed to refund my money if I send the item back to China no later than May 28 via USPS  that charges $28.00. I contact PayPal but the message system is not working than said please use other form of contact. I can’t find a number or email. Meanwhile I will be loosing my money.

this company is fraudulent and they shouldn’t allow to do business with anyone via PayPal or any other way , they change their name several times which makes it difficult to track down

Ordered what were supposed to be super realistic animatronic baby tigers from these rip off merchants. For my $48.98 I got two small plush toys that you would hand back if you won them at a fairground ring toss game! Both were supposed to be tigers, and one turned out to be a leopard. Unlike a leopard, this DUOTONGGUAN seems to change their spots on a regular basis, making them nigh impossible to track down, and when you do, the offered compensation is stupidly low, and the cost of sending the items back for a full refund too high. These people are utter scumbags and I intend to contact PayPal regarding this. Given what else I've read on here, I will be very interested to hear what they have to say.

I have had the same terrible experience. Ordered 3 eternal guardian Angels for the cemetery and got 3 totally useless outdoor lights instead. They offer $3,$7 and now do not even reply to my emails. Why can’t anyone shut them down and hold them accountable? I am so upset and frustrated with them. Going to see if I can work with my bank for a refund.

Sorry to say this company is a complete scam.    I have reported to PayPal yet they still work with them.   I received two 4” plastic dolls for 50 dollars (worth max 5 dollars).  Sadly although a refund was agreed, I had to pay the postage which was in excess of £30 so I didn’t follow through.   I am AMAZED that PayPal continue to wor’ with these people...see all the compla8nts in this forum!  Beverley Benson

I received mine and it was the dog and monkey. When I took them out of the bags they were like you said, 4 inches and the claw toy machines have better than this and for only $.50c! It's just a old stuffed animal. About trying to find a way to reach PayPal, if you go into their app there is a customer service number where you can speak to a live person. But in case that doesnt work, you can send the seller an email asking the seller to go to the "Transactions Details" page for your transaction and click a refund. {You can request a refund up to 180 days after you have paid for your item.} To find the sellers contact information to request the refund go to the "Summary" page, select transaction you want to cancel and use the contact information to send the seller an email. If they refuse, you may be able to "open a dispute" in the "Resolution Center" if you didnt recieve the item, if you recieved an item that does not fit the sellers description or if your payment was not authorized. If you used a debit or credit card the refund will be put back on that and it can take up to 30 days. If you did a payment with your bank account the money will be returned there. I went to PayPal.com and just followed at the bottom refunds and disputes and found this. Hope this helps all of us. Good luck everyone!
