I order an animatronic mandalorian child. DUOTONGGUAN Company sent one late, when finally arrived I got a plastic hallow 4” toy instead of the one. Advertised that I paid $30.00 + 8.95 shipping

I feel that they scamming people hoping no one will ask for a refund, so they agreed to refund my money if I send the item back to China no later than May 28 via USPS  that charges $28.00. I contact PayPal but the message system is not working than said please use other form of contact. I can’t find a number or email. Meanwhile I will be loosing my money.

this company is fraudulent and they shouldn’t allow to do business with anyone via PayPal or any other way , they change their name several times which makes it difficult to track down

They sent me a cheap version of the product advertised and ripped me off too! Paypal.should ban their products from consumers as they are using fraudulent tactics and stealing our money!!!! Pay Pal...do something!!!!

This company should banned and closed down , I’m disgusted by their trading tactics, the two tiny 4” dolls were awful scary and badly made nothing like the dolls advertised by the company , I wish I knew how to send a photo to show you . I’m more than happy to send one via messenger if that helps anyone that knows how post a photo on here. I’ve struggled to contact the company and I’ve been told to return the dolls but no address anywhere. I think trading standards needs involving . Money is scarce and as I’m disabled due to side effects from previous cancer treatment, Extremely painful fibromyalgia , anxiety and panic attacks etc . Everyone who purchased from this company should be fully refunded. . I’ve been offered a return refund via PayPal but as I don’t have money to return item to get a receipt to enable me to get a refund I’m stuck also being vulnerable I’m unable to go post office to sort. Many thanks for letting me know I’m not alone with this problem. Stay safe 🌈🐞😷

Hi update re rubbish scary dolls. I’d like to thank PayPal for all their help sorting a refund. The seller insisted I returned the dolls at my expense, but as money is precious to me . PayPal kindly let me use their “return shipping on us”, which was a BIG help I made sure I kept a proof of postage receipt. The company has messed both PayPal and myself about, they’ve been very uncooperative . Finally PayPal refunded me the full amount as dispute was in my favour. I really hope these fraudulent sellers get their comeuppance, and get complete ban . These companies believe people will just accept the rubbish they send, by making it so difficult for the customer to return items when they’ve no plans of giving a refund. Please please PayPal close these companies down immediately. Thanks again for helping my case and refunding me in my favour, hope this helps others . Important return only via PayPal.

I ordered a terminator t800 on motorbike statue,I paid £38,it was ordered from a company called yuiiok but payment went to duotongguan,they sent me a stand alone terminator action figure toy,I complained to them and they knew item wasn’t right and offered $3 compensation which I refused,so wanted to send it back to China before I get refund which would be at my cost which would be about £30,I have contacted PayPal and await outcome,hopefully with the community’s help we can find all the names this scammer uses and stop people losing their money
