I have had someone pay for 2 x ikea shelves which they have paid for, they are being collected on Tuesday but they live 6 hours away but are here with work, I received the money but it says about them being delivered, if they try to say I have not delivered even though this is not the deal can they still try and get there money back. Thanks

If the item was delivered in person or picked up, the buyer may have the option to confirm that they've received it. If they are not given the option within PayPal to confirm that they have received the item, it will be ineligible for Seller Protection, as PayPal will not have tracking information to verify delivery. You can find information about our Seller Protection by visiting the link here.
