We seem to be having unusually high volume of purchases on our bigcommerce store currently, every 2-3 minutes since 3:30am this morning we have had orders from first time users with USA/Israel/Russia IP addresses and USA delivery addresses, every order is for one small value item + delivery with an average order value of under £20.
We usually process around 10-15 orders a day, mainly domestic UK, today we are at over 100 orders all overseas.
Everything about it seems suspicious but the funds are landing in our paypal account, I'm assuming this is some kind of cyber attack but I don't know how to resolve it? Has anyone else seen anything odd going on?
