Stuck money

Hi, I paid with my credit card, and the money was took from it, but they didnt reach the receiver how can I take them back

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?

If the transaction is not there then did you pay as a guest buyer and not log in to your paypal account to pay?

If so then.........

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.

You generally don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

No I actually logged in and did the transfer in paypal. it has a Transaction ID, also I received an email from paypal saying Your payment of ‪$50.00 USD to (receiver name) on 8 May 2022 couldn't be sent. 

small notice: when I did the payment. The card was just added to my paypal account. don't know if this could be a reason.

So why when I asked you what it said next to the transaction in your paypal account did you say 'not there' if it is showing and you have a transaction number for it?

@kernowlass Its not in the activity section, I forgot to mention that the ID ia from the email I received.
