Someone stole $175 from my account, and Paypal won't get me the money back.

Money was sent from my account to a guy in Ukraine yesterday under "military" and "food and health" I did not make this transaction, however Paypal already closed the dispute, with nothing happening.

Some of the money was sent back to my account, but my **Bleep**refunded it because I couldn't tell what was going on.

What should I do, otherwise I will have a hole of $175 in my Paypal account?

If PayPal says no, then money you yourself refunded is gone, consider it a donation.
