Someone is using my email and I just want this stupid account that I didn't ask for gone.

One day I got an email from Paypal about my account. I was concerned because I do not have a Paypal account. I tried then to fix the problem but it didn't work. Now I got another email about this account and I just want to delete it or just get it off my hands. However, whenever I try to change anything it won't let me and says that there is a problem. I have thought about changing the password and everything else to make it mine, but to even change a name requires documents and that is too much trouble to go through for an account that I do not want. I am just tired and want to be rid of this account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

You wrote, “I got an email from Paypal about my account. I was concerned because I do not have a Paypal account.” The most likely explanation is that the email you received is a scam. To confirm, click “Forward,” then look at the actual sender email address from the message you received. If the sender is not from PayPal.com (which is almost certain), simply ignore it. I get several of these messages each week from various banks I don’t use.

I forgot to say, never reply to or click any links in suspicious emails or call the phone number listed. Instead, always go directly to the actual site.
