So, I woke up today on 28.5.2022 and found out someone used my PayPal to buy Elden Ring at 1 am. I kid you not.
I checked my bank and block the card immediately, that is the only thing they can do atm.
And also wanted to refund from PayPal because I did not make this transaction at all and they've closed the case saying that I in fact made the transaction and none hacked to my account so they won't refund me money.
Which is nonsense, because I was sleeping at the time. I do not have that game anywhere and only thing I have is invoice from PayPal and missing money from my account.
I wanted to call customer support but they are working from Monday to Friday and I am really scared that by that time, when I will call them they will tell me something like: "Well, you bought that game on Saturday and play it the whole time so no refund for you." Even that I did not.
I am sad, angry. 😞
