I am not sure what occurred but a major cyber attack left me with 600 in charges and a 200 charge on the line of credit they issued without my authorization. I am ready to call the Consumer Financial Services Board. 3 banks let me know. The customer service is horrible and I am closing my account once resolved bc it’s not safe. The escalation is a joke - I will call agains but will never use them. Ripe for Hacjers.

Hello @Sflady45,
Welcome to our community forum and thanks for posting!
I understand your concern about the unauthorized activity in your account. No need to worry! We offer full protection for confirmed unauthorized transactions. Make sure to check your billing agreement payment as this charge could be from a service you signed up for in the past.
You can check the steps on how you can report the unauthorized activity in the resolution center of your PayPal account here : How do I report unauthorized PayPal account activity.
Once you report the transaction, we will review and update you via email by 10 business days.
I hope this helps!
Bindu
