Has anyone ordered from Sendering Trade Co., Ltd? (Via fb advert) I placed an order on 17th April 2022 for a very large LED patio umbrella (I read reviews before taking a chance) My item was never received even tho tracking showed ot had been delivered. I contacted Royal mail who confirmed it had been delivered but the tracking information I was given by the company did not relate to my name/address. I emailed to tell them this and surprise surprise, they blamed royal mail. I can jo longer find the website I ordered from but there are several selling the exact same item, same price, same advert! Google search never comes up with the exact name of this trading company. The last email I sent pinged back a postmaster failure (it's now disappeared from my email) PayPal have opened dispute so hopefully it'll be resolved, but just wondered if anyone else has had the same with this particular company ?

Another of these?

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy. The site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) but they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost often more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number. if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. Rarely company address information.
4. Great pictures of items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
5. Fake reviews.
6. Google and you can often see previous company names as they change them once enough claims roll in and Paypal stop them using their services and start over.
7. Send fake tracking numbers to win item non receipt of item claims.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website (or you receive a totally different product).

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

Do not close the dispute until you have a refund or your item.
If a seller states that they can't refund until you have closed the dispute don't believe them.
Escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days (before it times out), if you need Paypal to get involved.

If you lose because the seller provides a fake tracking number then post back here for more advice.

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will issue a chargeback.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I'm hoping paypal refund based on buyers protection...I have emails from the company from the past 2 months...even tho they blame royal mail for me not receiving my item, they've confirmed it just by acknowledging I've not received it so will be interesting what they say to PayPal now I've opened a dispute. I'll definitely not be ordering again...(not that I could as the website disappeared)!

Yes the same thing has happened to me, I ordered a waterfall got told it had been sent with a tracking number and it was tracked to different area. now they gave me another tracking number and this one hasn't even left China yet. after 4 weeks of first order. so I'm assuming I have been scammed.

If it's the same company then I'd say you've absolutely been scammed. They offered to resend my item (huge garden parasol which royal mail don't even deliver) then blocked me from replying. Royal mail confirmed it keeps happening, they get hundreds of calls from customers and its always garden items which they don't even deliver due to size/weight

They are totally bogus...the post office told me it keeps happening, specifically with overseas garden items...PayPal saw through them tho and refunded, so if you've not already, request a dispute

Yes I ordered a planter and exact same scenario as you. They have emailed and informed me that despite not receiving my order they are a small company and refunding any money will leave them out of pocket.

The adverts can be found under ZYNKRCA.TOP

I have emailed them 22 times and constantly asked for refund. Feel so stupid purchasing from them.

Hope this helps.

Yes I too was scammed by them. I ordered a patio table and chair combo. They said it was delivered to the mailbox I stated this item would be too big for a mailbox. They stated they resent sent me a tracking I followed up with USPS and they advised that the address on the package is not my address as well the package was only 3 ounces.
