Yes I ordered a planter and exact same scenario as you. They have emailed and informed me that despite not receiving my order they are a small company and refunding any money will leave them out of pocket. The adverts can be found under ZYNKRCA.TOP I have emailed them 22 times and constantly asked for refund. Feel so stupid purchasing from them. Hope this helps.
