I brought an item from an seller on an reputable website. I paid for the item and money was taken from my debit card. I filed an dispute because the seller put in an fake tracking number. After I opened an dispute the seller gave the real tracking number. After I received the item I closed the case. Now the seller wants the item back because PayPal wont let them take the money because they can't verify their account. The seller wants me to ask for an refund and return the item. But I want to keep the item because legally it's mine now. Do I have to return it?

NO, any issues with their account is between them and Paypal.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
