I made a purchase that says "authorization pending" 5 days ago. The seller is not responding to inquiries.
Tried to cancel my order with the seller by emailing them twice, as per instructions on their website, but there's no response or any acknowledgement of my emails.
No phone number available (I know should have been a red flag). Not possible to cancel the transaction in PayPal and the transaction is not eligible for dispute resolution (I don't understand this). How do I get my money back?

You’ll have to wait for the pending authorization to expire on it’s own then which could be a few days, up to 30 days. If beyond 30 days, then contact your bank or PayPal to void the authorization. If the transaction status changes to Completed, then your order proceeds as usual or can be disputed/chargebacked if necessary for non-delivery or not as described.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
