Return payment

hello everyone, i made a wrong payment like for friend, person refuse to back the money, who know how can i back my money. PayPal can't dispute the case because it's a friend payment, and nothing to say ... 🤬 Thank you

There is no Paypal protection for gift payments so if the recipient refuses to refund your only option is if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if they will chargeback. However they may decline as well as it was not a payment for goods/services.

it was money directly from PayPal... are you saying that there is no way to return the money?

You sent a 'gift' of money to someone, if that someone refuses to return that 'gift' then nothing paypal can do about it unfortunately.
