Restricted account

I got restricted and my account is limited can't send money, it said that i'm below 18 but i'm totally 19 yrs old. What action should I take for this problem?

The issue may be ''were you under 18 when you opened that paypal account?''

If not then even if you were 30 when paypal discovered it, it would still be seen as an illegally opened minor account and limited.
