Dear community, I opened my account more then 10 years ago under my nickname and my girl family name. I had all that years no problem with my account. 1 month ago suddenly i was asked to provide more documents to proof my identification. I provided all necessary documentation with different proofs that my name has been changed after my marriage. They declined all the documents and blocked my account. I have an amount on my account which i am not able neither to deposit nor to pay with. I have also no chance to contact a customer service because of restrictions of my account. I am very disappointed with that situation and I have a feeling that i am going to loose my money. I need a help please! Kind regards, Sana

I am having the same issue for over 2-3 Years now...
Since I have really a lot of Money on my account, I am still trying to get my money back...
Please, help us solving this issue!!
