Resolution Center Help

PayPal offered to let me return an item for a refund in the resolution center, but I was never provided an address to return the item to and then the case was closed saying that I did not return said item. Please help. What can I do??

Why didn't you contact customer services for a return address?

 

Reach out to them now and see if its too late or not.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I fully expect someone in the resolution center to have reviewed my response? The directions in the resolution center stated to wait for (insert date here.)

 

I simply followed directions. I've messaged PayPal on Facebook as suggested. 

 

 

If it is too late, then I know not to use Paypal in the future. The resolution center is so difficult to find and not user friendly anymore.

I finally got the return address and returned the item with tracking. The case was appealed and reopened. The tracking was provided. It has been returned. However Paypal closes my case and says inaccurate tracking information.  Then customer support checks the tracking information when I message them, reopens the case with an appeal. Then paypal closes the case again. Rinse repeat. This is the third time my refund has been denied at great expense and time to myself.
