You're not alone! PayPal sent everyone a statement saying that they are not "fining" members for statements they disagree with. That's a lie! They recently suspended me for 180 days because they disagreed with how I handled a phishing attack. This was indeed them "fining" me for actions "they" deemed inappropriate! They didn't even ask for an explanation! Believe me, PayPal could care less about your rights! As I previously said my bank immediately credited my PayPal loss! Don't trust them, especially now that this new policy they deny is leading to a mass fleeing from their platform!
