I completely understand your concern about your PayPal account. PayPal internal system reviews every activity in the account. Limiting account is a security measure PayPal takes to protect your account. PayPal may limit the account for various reasons, and often asks the customers to supply information to verify their identity, financial information or merchandise they're selling.
