Recently purchased goods abroad paid via PayPal but then had an email from the courier also saying a further fee is needed for some stamp is this common just feels like a setup by both parties
If you don't get the item then click on the transaction and open a dispute for non receipt of item (that is as long as you didn't pay using the friends/family option).
