I am selling an item via Facebook and after agreeing a price and sending the buyer a link to my account I have been asked to purchase a Stem Card for £300 and include it with the item to be sent to the buyers cousin. I think this is a scam, can you advise please

Yep sounds like a typical scam. You will then get a fake paypal email asking you to send the gift vouchers numbers first before your funds are released OR you have to post any item first before the funds SHOW in your paypal account, either way they will want voucher numbers and/or items shipped before they say your funds will be released...........which they won't as they would have paid you 0.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
