Permanently Limited Accounts with no good readon

I have had two of my accounts permanently limited for no apparent reason, this one got limited after being told to create another account with a different email, then after trying to turn it into a bussiness account, it got limited again. Paypal doesn't seem to be helping. What should i do? Am i doing something wrong? I also asked how to remove my bank information from the previous account and have recieve no response, so now i have two bank accounts linked to limited accounts that i can no longer use on paypal.
