Permanent limitation out of nowhere?

My account got permanently limited without any explanation, warnings or any chance to provide documents or information that might help. Pretty much lost my whole account with all my money in it (for 180 days) without knowing what -if anything- happened at all, not even having the chance to defend myself and get the account back. All of this happened when I received a standard payment. Customer support is obviously impossible to reach, huge huge red flag for PayPal... Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

PayPal’s security system regularly reviews activity in the course of normal operations that may trigger an temporary or permanent limitation without prior notice as these things are triggered in real time. When a limitation is imposed, you’re notified of what’s going to happen. In regards to permanent limitations, a general reason is given in the alert/notification, ie. your account is high risk, usage is inconsistent with user agreement, opened account while a minor, using a proxy/VPN, violated Acceptable Use Policy. PayPal is also not generally obligated to reveal specific details of their fraud/risk model to prevent circumvention of their policies or prevented from doing so by law/regulation.
