My account, which I created in 2017 but never charged with money until 3 days ago, was permanently limited. I'd like to know if I have any recourse, If there is some way for PayPal to delimit my account, as I need it for business. @PayPalMichelleW I saw you reply to other similar posts, I sincerely hope you can help me.
