why are you permanently blocking my account for no reason and withholding money for 180 days! I received a payment on paypal by direct deposit, and as soon as the money came, you actually keep it right away, cashing in on the grief of ordinary people, I need to pay my bills and loans, and you just take on 180 day hold my money without warning or asking for any proof. Scammers!

There is a class action lawsuit against paypal for this tactic. Do a google search of paypal lawsuit and you can join. they do this to millions of people.
