Paypal has wrongly shutdown my business

Hi Community

I hope you can help

My Paypal account was shutdown by the back office team without anyone calling me or any explanation other than ‘high risk’

  1. Permission: Before selling the product:
    1. January 26th I gained permission from Paypal in order to sell this product, the screenshot of this confirmation is below
    2. Reason: The only reason why I even attempted to sell this product was because I had explicit permission to do so after building up a good reputation with Paypal
    3. The product itself is high quality with excellent reviews on trust pilot https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/tickstrike.com
    4. We had a product launch recently and saw amazing sales with high customer satisfaction
    5. Then suddenly our account is limited and the next day 'permanently' shut down
    6. Overnight the business I had built up is gone!
      1. All our client subscriptions gone
      2. I cannot even access my money
    7. I cannot access money to even pay my employees, this month!

The team has made a mistake

    1. We have incredibly high customer satisfaction
    2. Our chargebacks are very minimal if any.
    3. No one called me to talk before making this business destroying decision
    4. If they are not happy with the lifetime offer (even though I got permission) then atleast let us carry on selling the subscription version.

Most Importantly: I was given explicit permission to sell this product

What do I do? This is so stressful

Exactly the same happened to me today. No idea why.

@VladoG What I don't understand in our case is that we were given permission to sell the one-time lifetime subscription.

And then as soon as we have significant sales they cut us down.

Someone has not looked at the information
