Paypal account closed without notice.

Logged into my PayPal account today only to find out it has been closed by Paypal's automated review system. I have had this account 15+ years and never had any issues. I have a $0 balance and use the account to autopay bills and pay for Ebay items. I am not an Ebay seller. How do I get my account turned back on or is it closed forever ? I received no email or anything. Logged in and saw the bad news. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I just got off the phone with customer service. They told me paypal uses an automated algorithm and that I could request a manual review which I did. The rep said I should hear something within the next 48 hours. So now I will wait and hope my account is turned back on.
