Paypal Permanently Limit my account

Paypal Permanently Limit my account. I dont know why. Buyers already sent a payment on my account via G&S and im about to ship their items. Suddenly Paypal ask for Questions regarding my transaction and i answer it all and then after the review paypal Ban my account. Please help me restore my account
