paypal Charged for a canceled subscription
IN MY PREAPPROVED PAYMENTS NEXTSCRIPTS IS DISABLED AND YET STILL THEY CHARGE ME MONEY OUT OF THE BLUE WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION!??!?!?!I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS I DIDNT AUTORISE THIS PAYMENT. with that logic any company can charge me without my permission. And what is this billing agreement i provided everything i have. Case details Case ID: PP-D-155566883 Disputed amount: 49,95 USD Seller info: NextScripts Corp xxxx Date reported: 3 August 2022 Additional Info Your note: Subscription is canceled long time ago and they randomly charge me? how is it even possible when its inactive in a 1st place?

Generally, when you have a pre-approved payment or active subscription set up on your PayPal account with a merchant, we aren't able to step in and deny the payment. I would ask that you ensure you cancel the agreement from within your PayPal account as well as directly with the merchant.
If the agreement is active and was set up by yourself, then it is your responsibility to cancel the agreement on your account before an automatic charge is initiated by the seller. I know that it can be frustrating, especially when you don't want the money to be taken. To keep future payments from being taken by the merchant(s) from your account, I'd recommend cancelling the agreements on your PayPal account. To do this on your PayPal account, go to 'Settings', then 'Payments' and choose 'Manage pre-approved payments', see: What is an automatic payment and how do I update it?
If these agreements are still active when the merchant tries to take a payment, then we are powerless to stop them. Again, this is because the payments may have been pre-authorised. I know it can be awkward and time-consuming to get in touch with a merchant, but this would be the only way for you to reclaim back the funds.
