So, Unity Technologies have send me an x amount of money to my Paypal account and for some reason the money is stuck somewhere. I got an email form Paypal saying that I needed to go to my account and then to Resolution Center and provide the missing information. But is turns out that in the Resolution Center there is nothing. This would be my first transaction and its like Paypal doesn't do its part in informing their customers about the necessary steps to receive money, its like you have to dig to find info about this instead of having a permanent warning in your account that tells you that your payment profile isn't ready yet.
is there and quick way around this? or do i just have to wait until paypal send the money back to the sender in like a month.

If you’re in India, complete your KYC:
https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/know-your-customer
If in the US, link a bank account to verify your account to withdraw immediately upon Accepting the money or choose Keep it in PayPal and verify your identity (name, address, DOB, SSN/tax ID number).

I'm in Chile. Also, completing the KYC would instantly release my money? or is it more like a chance?

Yes, I know about Tenpo but to withdraw money first i need money in my paypal account. So as long as paypal continues to block my incoming transactions that wont be possible.

Then contact customer services during business hours to investigate the notification:

Click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.
