I made a $100 deposit and 5 min later I got a text from a 920# saying it was declined. That person said PayPal does that so try again and send again and again. I said no. The payment was sent and they received it. Then the next day they claimed that didn’t get it and I needed to send again. PayPal is fighting me about it. How do I resolve this issue?

A deposit? Do you mean you sent a payment to another persons paypal account?
If so which option did you use to send the funds and what does it say next to the transaction on your paypal account?

Yes. Sent payment to another persons PayPal acct. on my PayPal acct it says sending. I called me cc and it says it’s still pending. I can’t dispute it until it goes thru. So I guess I will wait.

On your paypal account do you mean it says 'sent' or sending??
Or do you mean pending and is there a clearance date?
