PayPal refused to refund me after my account was hacked into, claim closed and can't open a new one

My account was somehow hacked into and multiple transactions happened in Germany. It should be clear that I didn't make these transactions as I am in Australia, my bank details are from Australia, I am an Australian citizen who has no records of ever going to Germany yet paypal still closed my . I am now in hundreds of dollars of debt because paypal refused to refund me after multiple fraudulent unauthorised purchases occured. Under the paypal user agreement I should get my money that was stolen back.

Paypal does not always cover you for unauthorised, if the unauthorised transactions were due to an error on your part ie a virus on your computer or giving away your password etc.

Go read the section in the user agreement to see if and where you may have lost out.
