PayPal limited my access to my account and won't even let me resolve it.

am unable to close my PayPal account. I had first opened a private PayPal account for myself and then I started to stream on Twitch which required me to connect my PayPal account to it in order to recieve payments but in order to protect my privacy I decided to convert it to a busniess account. However after doing so Paypal limited my access to the account permanently for some reason. I decided to delete the account but I can't even seem to do that. Finally, I even tried to go back to a private account but PayPal won't let me do that either.

You cannot close or change permanently limited accounts. It’s game over. You can never use PayPal again. PayPal does not want your custom. Seen many people get banned for these kinds of activity and trying to remain anonymous/have ‘privacy’. If you can’t do business fairly reasonably out in the open, and need some shroud of secrecy, don’t do it at all. Is Twitch streaming that dangerous and competitive.

First of all, thank you for your reply. I won't say I'm not disappointed but is there really no other way I can recover or use PayPal anymore? and yes, Twitch is sort of dangerous and competitve. You don't want some trolls getting hold of your personal details like your name and email. This situation just makes it seem as if the streamers/users are at fault for trying to protect their privacy, at least when their account is going to be displayed to an audience. I'm seriously confused as to what to do now.

If you can convince PayPal to restore your account to use for ‘safer’ purposes, perhaps consider using some another payment service to accept twitch donations since it attracts trolls and fake donating.
