PayPal has restricted my account for no good reason and now they want a bunch of information...

I'm sick of the verification BS that PayPal has implemented. I just want to close my account. !@#$ them. I've done nothing wrong and have been limited. I have even been limited in the ability to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. How ridiculous. I am not going to submit anything to them. I want my account closed... yesterday.

You have to resolve the limitation in order to close the account. The sooner you do it the sooner you can close the account.
