PayPal denied my case, asks for cancellation document but the ticket provider refuses to provide one

(Edit: Somewho hid my image that was showing they denied my case, and I dont know why, I will repost it again otherwise they need to explain why they hid my image in community help)

 

I purchased two air plane tickets with Qatar airways from third-party called (flight network) and cancelled around 5 days before departure by calling Qatar customer service, and also flight network costumer service over the phone refused to send me email cancellation confirmation, I made PayPal disputes but my case was denied 2 times due to no proof of cancellation confirmation even though the ticket agency refused to provide me one, I wrote and provided so much proof and yet PayPal isn't accepting my case and proofs, so it turned out for me that disputing a chargeback and providing enough evidence results in nothing. The money is still taken from the account and I'm stuck in a circle, what else can I do?

I am sorry to know about what has happened. If you're not happy with the decision of the dispute, you can certainly appeal the case by selecting a closed case in the resolution center within 10 days from the dispute closed date. Here's the link to appeal.
