PayPal.co.uk keeps sending me emails

I keep getting emails from [Removed]. I live in the US. Also the email they are using is close to my email, they use [Removed], my actual address is [Removed]. Is it a scam or someone trying to snap through PayPal? And no, I haven't replied to them at all...

I understand that you are worried about the notification that you have received. To verify if the message you received is really from PayPal, log in to your PayPal account securely by typing www.paypal.com into your browser's address bar and going to your Resolution Center. Your Resolution Center will contain information on any account issues we may have contacted you about. If you find the email suspicious, kindly do not click on any links and just forward them to phishing@paypal.com.
