I don't even know why I am asked for a bank statement since I never linked a bank to my PayPal account. I can provide all the other information except this, not sure what to do.

Unless the policies have changed the bank statement is to provide proof of address. If you don’t have one, write a note explaining this and ask for an alternative document to submit. Pdf the note and upload to the request.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I am being asked for the following:

Upload a photo ID

Provide proof of your address

Upload a bank statement

Provide more info on your transaction(s) (ive already submitted this one)

So I am being asked for both a bank statement, and proof of address. Not sure what you mean, do I put a document showing proof of address for both "
Provide proof of your address" and "Upload a bank statement"? Otherwise, how do I write a note?

Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community Forum! Thank you @sharpiemarker for your help so far on this thread. We greatly appreciate all you do for our customers.

@1xx, I can understand how restrictions like what you've described can be a bit frustrating to resolve. It sounds like you're trying to resolve a limitation - is that right? If so, limitations are normally placed when PayPal needs to confirm or collect more information about you or the activity on your account. The information requested to provide is usually unique to what the issue is on an account. However, we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance if you're unable to provide a specific document to see what options may be available.

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.  They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.

Best wishes,
