PayPal account limited after computer infection.

Hello, My PayPal is limited ever since my computer got infected with some type of virus.

Thankfully after bringing my computer out for repair, the computer is clean now.

But its asking for some type of CreditCard Verification, but I did not add any credit cards.

Basically, how can I verify something that I dont have?

Please help.

If your account is restricted, you won't be unable to do certain things with your PayPal Account, such as transferring or withdrawing money.
 

We usually ask you to take one or more actions to remove the restriction of your account. These steps are always listed in the Action Center.
