Hi I'm new here so forgive me if I'm in the wrong section, etc. I ordered cosmetics from Pat McGrath and two eyeshadow palettes came moldy. I ordered two powders which I want to keep and never complained about. I emailed them and everytime its a different person answering and it went no where so I opened a paypal claim and asked for partial refund. Then Pat Mcgrath cs emailed me told me that they were trying to issue me my partial refund but they cant until I close my claim and they asked me to close it. Paypal told me not to do that and then Paypal also told me that the PM customer service told paypal they want to go ahead and do the partial refund but they don't know how so Paypal contacted them multiple times with instructions on how to do that and never received a response from PM. Days go by and now the Pat McGrath customer service all of a sudden are saying they will issue me a full refund but I have to return my entire order including the items I want and never complained about. Paypal was able to help me. I called and the customer service said he can't do anything so I asked him to please to connect me to anyone that can change things so the person I got afterward refunded it. Thank you PayPal
