I just have got an email that says I can no longer use my Paypal account.
I believe there would be some people that I deserved being banned for some reason, so I'd explain a little bit in a detail.
My company is located in Korea, and sells baseball uniform, fully customized, on my company websites.
Because it's "fully customized" uniform, I cannot list all the customization options on a single webpage, and also thought it would be a bad idea that only give fatigue to users(all options listing will make more than 100+ option for customers to select, including embroidery or sublimation, what kind of jersey would you buy, which embroidery thread would you use...etc.)
So, I just listed all the things we can do on my webpage and added a messenger link and 24 hour customer chat service.
If customers contact me in a messenger, I would hear their needs, make design, show them, modify design if they don't want something, and after all, make a custom Paypal payment page for each customer and give them link to process their payment.
Originally I sell my goods in Korea, China, Japan, and Taiwan. It's first time I sold them in America.
After first payment made, Paypal sent me I should upload some documents to fully prove my business.
- My driver license
- Shipment Tracking document
- Invoice from the supplier(which is located in Cambodia)
- and the order sheet I got from customer
I uploaded all, and after 2 mins, I just got a mail that my account is banned.
I guess maybe it's because I logged in from Cambodia, not Korea, because that's where I am right now. I came here to check the factory...
I tried all the way to contact Paypal's customer service team, but every "contact" link has been disappeared from my Paypal pages and my message center doesn't work. I tried contacting them from Social Account(facebook) but they give me no answer.
Anyone know how I can contact Paypal customer service with mail or phone? I searched many webpages saying their is a phone number in a "contact" page but I cannot see them at all. Probably Paypal blocked them so that banned users cannot contact them...
I'm so desperate because this is the only way I thought of to sell my goods to America. Can anyone help me?

Good luck. I escalated my question until it deadended. I'm just a buyer and I never violated these clowns terms. NEVER. There are sites that I can't use some of websites because these idiots don't know how to run a business and they block the use of my credit card. They need to be prosecuted.

Normally, when an account is limited it's to verify specific documentation or activity on your PayPal account. If the account has been permanently limited, it's may potentially be due to some kind of violation of our user agreement. In those cases, there's normally not a way to restore functionality to the account or appeal that decision.
However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see if there's any other information they may have needed during the limitation that may have caused it to become permanently limited. I'd recommend continuing to try reach out Support Teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message, Instagram direct message, or Facebook instant message.
