I ordered food with PayPal on Uber Eats but i forgot that i didn't have any money left on my linked bank account so my balance was negative 45.95 euros on PayPal.
A couple days later when I had enough money to pay for the transaction PayPal automatically took the 45.95 euros out of my account which I didn't notice but when I went to PayPal I saw that my balance was still negative so I sent 46 euros to PayPal so that my balance wasn't red anymore. So now I paid twice for my food and I don't know what to do.

As only one purchase was made to Uber Eats, they will only receive one amount of the 45.95EUR owed. The additional amount of 45.95EUR will be added to your PayPal account balance, and you can withdraw the funds back into your bank account, or use the funds to complete future payments.
