Paid for App Diamonds that app deleted and PayPal will not refund me

I paid $17.79 for 5000 diamonds. A week later I had 4300 of those diamonds and the app just deleted them and put my account at zero. Paypal denied my request for a refund. **bleep** PAYPAL.
