No resolution from paypal

My dispute/claim w seller and all messages w PayPal just vanished…it just says case closed nothing more …why is PayPal not at least giving explanation explaining what happened and why no resolution…

Normally, PayPal sends an email with any relevant information anytime there's an update on your case. Have you received any emails or notifications through the Secure Message Center? If not, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see if there's any updates on your case they are able to provide.
