No refund unauthorized transactions Paypal said case won in my favor

Thousands of dollars in unauthorized transactions,the cased was closed in my favor and they refuse to refund me my money,it's been since February 2023 no one will help me they just transfer me over and over says they can't help me.

If customer services can't help you then sorry nothing we can do about it, why not seek legal advice?
