No Response from Etsy Vendor

I have been unable to receive a response to return an item to Etsy Vendor - Shopee360.  Apparently this vendor is no longer associated with Etsy.

Do I have any way to get a refund for my item from PayPal?  The questions on PayPal for reporting a problem do not address my issue...any other

suggestions?  Can I e-mail PayPal describing my problem?  Thanks!

Click on the transaction > click on report a problem > select item received but not as described if that is the reason.

If you just changed your mind and want a return then that would be between you and the vendor to sort as buyer protection does not cover buyer remorse.
