Need to start a claim, on item bought using PayPal pay in three, yet it won't let me do it.

Whenever I try to start a resolution for a purchase bought with PayPal Pay in 3 method, it won't let me do it!! Keeps saying something like it's unavailable on this purchase??? Why is this, and what can I do, have contacted seller multiple times saying I'm not happy, and they aren't responding? Do I have no protection at all on this purchase?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues opening a dispute on a recent Pay in 3 purchase. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for assistance in opening a case.
