#My other account got haked !

Hi

I would like to kindly ask for help with my main account

My phone got stollen and i guess the person who stoll my phone is using my paypall account.

I still have acess to the email that was used to register the account but i do not have accest to the phone number that was changed on the account.

I was thinking if i change the password i will be able to recover my account but it is not working.

Does not matter how many times i change the pasword, when i log in there is a second step that needs to be completed by reciving a code or a call on the phone number that is beeing used by the people who fraud my account.

I would like to ask for help, im kinda desperate and im loosing my cool.

There is a constant stress day by day and i just cannot swallow it anymore.

I can provide any information needed to prove that account belongs to me.

I want to point out that i made this account just to be able to solve my problem and i can provide the email adress that belongs to my main account, the one that got haked.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
