I just opened a pay pal account 2 days ago. And it got banned permanently immediately even after I sent a passport identification. I haven't sent or received money yet. I am from Ethiopia trying to get payment through pay pal. what shall I do?

The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Ethiopia.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thanks a lot, but may I ask, could my region/country be a good reason enough to limit my account. And is there any way I could get my payments from online jobs outside of my country directly to my bank account? What would you advice me? and yes I tried to contact pay pal through messages twice today. They haven't replied though. I appreciate your help and dedication.

You would only get a ban regarding your country IF you were trying to use another countries paypal account.

I just put in that information to show you that you would never be able to receive Paypal payments in Ethiopia.

What you got your ban for would be unknown to anyone on here.
