My money is gone

Hi everyone,

On 20th of September I ordered from CoolMix NYC's page, I payed by paypal. I got an e-mail about they received my payment, etc. I waited for weeks to get my items, but they never came. I wrote them many times, and one day I got an e-mail from them that they don't have those items I ordered, so my payment is voided. I checked my bank account, but that money has been payed on that day. They say they don't get anything, and paypal don't show it on my payment history, but my bank says I payed for it. I'm getting tired of these scam pages!! @Everyone

Welcome to the Community. I am sorry to know you are concerned about the payment made on a purchase which is not delivered, and you are unable to get the refund on a debited amount. I suggest you check if the purchase made as guest checkout through PayPal. You should be receiving an email on a completed payment, which you can provide to the merchant for a refund. Or it is also possible that the transaction was not complete, and it was an authorization that was voided. Please do reach out PayPal support for better assistance.
